Chef Ana Roš, from the restaurant Hiša Franko in Kobarid Slovenia, is one of the world’s main players when it comes to the “locavore” concept. Chef Ana has stood by her region and the people who live from the land through her food. Surrounded by nature, at Hiša Franko she bring the values of sustainable local sourced products to the table.
Her name became a global reference and a model for all things locally sourced, especially following her appearance on the popular Netflix Series, “Chefs Table”.
Ana Roš was crowed The World’s Best Female Chef 2017.
“Can Chefs Save The World?” is a three part documentary series by UTOPICFOOD! Created by Mason Florence and John Krich, the production investigates the roles and perceptions of some of the greatest chefs in the world through intimate, up close and personal interviews.
