CAN CHEFS SAVE THE WORLD? | Chef Julien Royer

Odette, 3 Michelin star restaurant by Chef JULIEN ROYER in Singapore, was voted in 2019 and 2020, as best restaurant in Asia. Coming from the region of Cantal, France, surrounded by farms and artisanal producers, Julien talked to us about the challenges of working in Singapore, with reduced space for farming activities. From childhood memories to global experiences, Chef Julien presents us his thoughts on how society see chefs as artists, or artisans.

“Can Chefs Save The World?” Is a three part documentary series by UTOPICFOOD! Created by Mason Florence and John Krich, investigating through intimate interviews with some of the greatest Chefs around the world, their roles and perceptions, in contemporary society.
