The Spanish Chef JOSE ANDRES, is one of the main faces behind this movement of chefs trying to promote social changes through food. Taking over headlines on the news around the world several times, for not only for the success of his restaurants in United States, supporting his position in defence of immigrants, but also for the powerful work of his NGO “ World Central Kitchen”, in situations of chaos.
In this interview, we spoke about pressure on Chefs to advocate for a cause, his work on World Central Kitchen and the motivations behind. Chef Jose Andres presents a provocative discussion on the value given to those who “feed the few” versus those who “feed the many”.
